For Stantec’s new offices, we managed the full setup of the operational areas, creating functional, welcoming spaces aligned with the company’s dynamic and contemporary identity. The project included ergonomic and versatile operational furnishings, such as benches and task chairs, designed to ensure maximum comfort and support productivity. To organize the workspace, divider screens were installed to enhance focus and privacy while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. For the common areas, we selected tables and stools for the break zone, creating convivial spaces where design meets functionality. Full-height glass partitions divide the environments while preserving transparency and visual continuity, contributing to an open, bright atmosphere — also used to create small phonebooth areas within the open space. The project is completed by modular bookcases and customized lockers, practical and flexible solutions for storage and personal space management. An intervention that brings together aesthetics, comfort and innovation to support a modern, stimulating work environment.
